Shipping Policy
Morganics ships premium dry fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, botanicals and pantry products across Pakistan through available courier services.
Order confirmation
Orders may be confirmed by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery time depends on:
- City and courier route
- Order confirmation timing
- Stock availability
- Public holidays or weather/courier delays
Cash on Delivery
COD is available where supported. The customer must provide an active phone number and complete address for confirmation.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach the customer, the parcel may be returned. Morganics may reconfirm details before resending.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, take clear photos before opening and contact support quickly.
