Return & Refund Policy

Morganics handles return and refund requests fairly while protecting product safety and freshness.

Eligible cases

A return, replacement or refund review may apply if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item was damaged in transit.
  • The parcel was incomplete.
  • There is a verified packing or fulfillment issue.

Reporting window

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. Share your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Required proof

To review a claim, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and phone number
  • Product photos
  • Parcel photos
  • Unboxing photo/video if available

Product condition

Due to the nature of food and pantry products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless a verified issue exists.

Non-returnable cases

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after opening the product
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Natural variation in color, size or texture
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Allergy or personal suitability issues not reported before purchase

Refund or replacement method

If approved, Morganics may offer replacement, store credit or refund depending on the case.
